hello

i have memory flash am29bl802cb is the unit ecu edc16u1

i have programmer willen gq-4x

I bought the apadtador psop56 (adp 087)

but I can not write the memory. Although it costs much to get the id right.

Writing process is OK

verification process is fail

Please help

I need urgent write and verify this memory flash

Just do verify again after it fails and see if it fails at same address.

The write will do the verify at same time.

If the verification fails at different address, then I just guess the write is OK. Only some thing wring the verification.

Try to reposition the chip in the ZIF socket and make sure all pins are well contacted.

Try to verify it with different speed.
