I have the GQ-4X. I am trying to id and read a MX25L3205. I am having trouble getting it to id the device. Says not in library. I have double checked my connections on the test clips. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Better check the terminals on the test clip, can not there is contact with these totally climpar to the chip. If no contact does not identify the device. To check with a multimeter can measure the test clip on the chip and dip the tip of the test clip.the only explanation is the end (Terminals) of the test clip.
