Problem is: I'm getting F1F1 ID, and cannot erase the chip. like programmer does not see the IC.

Thanks for reply, ZLM.
I did try few brand new ones S29Gl032N90TFI040. Same result- Id: F1F1.
When i removed another IC from a board( S29GL032A90TFIR4) it give me
id:0000.Did try another USB cable and external power supply - no luck.
Looks like I need anothet ADP-003.

this problem may be caused by one of followings:

1. bad chip pin contacting with programmer ZIF/adapter.
2. bad chip. Try to use a confirmed good chip.
3. bad usb cable. Try to use a good USB cable(short and strong).
4. The power issue if the USB port does not provide enough power. Try to use a external power adapter.

You have to get correct ID before start working on it.
