28F102 GQ-4x and ADP-054, erase fail

Hi,
Just purchased ADP-054 from your ebay shop and a couple of 28F102
I can blank check ok, write and read OK, BUT not erase.
Verify works too.
If I erase I got OK, but then blank check fails and if I read, I got tons of data from it.
Verify fails after using erase, so something is getting cleared out.
If I try to write again, the verify phase fails.

You do not need the external power.
Try to slower speed a step and see if it works.
