after the record time to check in error:

can someone tell me why this error was recorded and whether or not the data on the chip?
another doubt before I rewrite the chip erase data that contains it?
I can send or direct recording without erasing the old data?

This means the data are different between chip and the buffer. Nothing else.

You need to erase the old data inorder to write the new data.
