Hi there ! i get ADP-082 and ADP-077 for programming TSOP 40 chips (like
SST39VF080 or MX29LV008). i have used 5-6 chips of them but not %100 sure if they are working or defect. Most of them could not be even recognized.. 1-2 of them can be recognized at first ID press.. but after i press again to ID button.. it shows different values. i replace a little bit the chip and again it shows true.. but after i press again to ID it shows again wrong.. (it never could show the same value sequentialy) and offcourse it let me not to delete and blank checking it. is the problem in my chips or the adapter ? Thanks

It could be either one. But you need to make sure the pin contacts are good. Also, try slower speed and see if makes different.
