Try another USB cable and try it on another computer.
If it still same probem, then the programmer has problem.
OR
your programmer is a pirated version. |

A mi me pasa que windows lo reconoce perfectamente, pero cuando cargo el programa usbprog se cuelga. El led verde del programador enciende también. |
