I have a GQ-4X programmer (H/W Re: GQ-4X Re-2.20 (SW Re. 6.29) Impossible to programme a Eprom 27c256 I don't understand something...
For programm this chip, It's need vpp to 12.5V But, USB give me 5V or 6V max And if i user a external alimentation, you write on botom on the GQ-4X 9V 200ma AND, in this GQ-4X they are a 7805 regulator in input and, in your product information, you say :
..Vcc supported among: 3.6V, 5V, 5.5V, 6.5V ...On-Board MCU for stable performance & automatic/scriptccurate voltage control
SO, for me it's impossible to this progr. to work with 12.5V that is necessary for programm old chip like 27C256
It's normal ? thks a lot
