Hello, my programmer is showing me this error message:
Verify Failed, Address=0x000000, Device=0x3F, Buffer=0x28
I'd be very grateful if you could help me with this :)

I'm having problem with this chip myself, but I confess, I'm sort of a noob to this particular chip.

How do you make sure the security bit is not enabled?

It seems the chip is not been programmed.
Make sure you can ID the chip.
Make sure you have not enabled the security bit.
