I'm trying to read a SN16GU8M11MA TSOP-48 2 Gib NAND chip that came out of a dead USB stick. I don't see it in the list of chips in the GQ software. Does anyone know a compatible part number? For what it's worth, the remaining characters on the chip are: 1212 OS1340
Thanks!

Thanks! :) |

Posted - 03/02/2015 : 13:28:57 Yeah, that's the problem, I couldn't find it anywhere on Google. I'll keep looking, but chances are that it is a standard part with their own part number on it.
Thanks! |

Posted - 03/01/2015 : 20:05:00 SN16GU8M11MA seems not a standard commercial port number. If you can find its datasheet, then we can confirm it if it is supported on GQ-5X NAND programmer. |
