having problems writing to new WE29EE512 plcc32 eeproms

when trying to write acard firmware it says it writes it then verification fails when reading the chip its still blank and doing a blank check get verification it still is blank

adapter used is the a3250 form your uk stockist cus_co_uk which said it worked with the gq-4x

The adapter may be wrong.

I do not know a3250 adapter. You can post a picture here.
