I would like to flash this chip but can only find mx25l6406e-m and mx25l6406e-m2 in device list on GQ programmer. Which should I use?

Also do you sell an adapter for this? I believe it is a QFN8 package.

you can use either one.

This chip is in 8WSON package. The adapter needs a special order with lead time 1 week.
