Hi,

out of 100 attempts maybe one or two times in can sucessfully write a chip.
is this a connection problem on one of the pins?
i would appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem.

It looks like one pin is not contacted good. Based on the error message is on address 0x00201, then you may need to pay attention on A10 pin of the chip. Also check the pin route to the adapter and then programmer black ZIF socket.
You should alwasy get the correct ID. If not, then it must be something is wrong and do not try to read and write.
