Good Morning
After installing the software for the true usb programmer (2.07), windows reports unknown device.
I have tried this on 3 pc's. Two with Vista SP1 and one with XP SP2.
I have previously had this programmer working on XP SP2!

Any suggestions welcome

Paul

Thanks ZLM
Did not work
Vista warned me against installing the driver and then went to BSD.
XP SP2 told me it did not contain any drivers for my device!

Do you have an earlier version of the program that could try?
I had it working OK about 6 months ago.
Regards
Paul

Try:
http://www.mcumall.com/download/TrueUSBWillem/TrueUSBWillem2.06Setup.exe

But I doubt it works. Seems the programmer reported wrong USB device ID.

I think something wrong with your programmer. Do a visual inspection the the programmer especially on the USB chip U1, see if there are any pin shorted due to the contamination or dust.
