AT49LV161 ID's fine when selecting AT49LV1614A as device (even tho the chip doesnt say 4A), however when you read it you get back nothing.
But if you set device to say MX29LV160CB and ignore the ID failure it will read perfectly... this was a bug in the willem software too you had to use 29LV160 to read as well.
Any chance of a fix? or is it ok just to add a new device and set the class to 29LV160B? |

If you can ID/Read/Eraser/Blankcheck/Write/Verify, then you can just add this chip. If not all commands working, then we have fix it in software. |

Name="AT49LV1614",ID="1FC0",Class="29LV160B",Category="FLASH",MFG="Atmel",Adapter="TSOP48 8 BIT Mode",VCC="3.6V",Message="Set the adapter to 5V jumper position.";
works perfectly.
which is the same ID as for the AT49LV1614A chip, however i dont have any to test to see if there is the same issue or not. |
