hi ,
i need the device line for Am29LV081B Tsop40.

with this line, i get correct id and can read,erase and blankcheck is ok , but write fails with every speed! A19 is connected!
i think it needs temp unprotect?

It seems A12 address line is not contact well. Check your chip pin contact.

The chip should work with this settings.

i checked and cleaned all pins,but same error!
if i change speed,the error changes to,see picture:

with this line it works fine now:
