Hello,
i just purchaged GQ-3X programmer. I read/write succesfully M27C256B.
M27128A i can only read, when i try to write, bar stay on 1% and than give me an error on adress 0x000000, 0xAA, 0xAE .

Eprom is erased by china UV eraser, blank test is OK.
I tried lower speed and adding vcc=6.2V string in devices.txt on correct ID. Doesnt have sense.

Maybe eprom is death, i doesnt have another yet..

Success! I try to downgrade programer software on my dektop PC from 4.02 to 3.03, but it doesnt work due installed USB 2.01 driver. So i take my notebook, first i install 3.03 software with USB 1.0 (1.3.0 shows during instalation). But it shows initializon error when i connect programmer. Than i installed newest 4.03 software and leave old USB 1.0 driver. Now i flashed M27128A without problem. No external power supply. :-)
