Are you going to support M48T129Y? I need to program this chip. I can get sample for testing.

Best regards!

You can add this device.

Add following lines into devices.txt:

Name="M48T129Y",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5.5V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32";
Name="M48T129V",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="3.6V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32";

Please let me know if this works.

Ok, there are some tests.
M48Z128Y is OK, read, write, verify. The BEST!
Name="M48Z128Y",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32";

M48T129Y

Name="M48T129Y",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5.5V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32";

Read is NOT OK. Always shows error only on adresses 1FFF9 and 1FFFA, unstable reading, different values.

Writing is always OK. This function is compared with ELNEC SmartProg.

Verifiying is like Read, unstable on adresses 1FFF9 and 1FFFA

Do you have some idea to resolve this problem?

Try this line:

Name="M48T129Y",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="ST",VCC="5V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32",Speed=3;

I have tried , already, manually, to change speed factor, but no result. But, at this moment, I don't have any samples to try.

New test. Nothing news with M48T129Y! Same problem with memory reading at adresses 1FFF9 and 1FFFA. I made many combination with Vcc, Speed, but nothing good. Always unstable reading. Writing is good comparing with Elnec SmartProg.

If the slower speed does not work with Re5.01Beta, thenI think we need a testing chip to reproduce the problem.
