hi,
I have several 27c4002 here and not able to program any of it. I tried several speed settings and erased them over and over again (UV).

I have the correct 16bit adapter, which I use with success to flash 27c322 chips.

is this a know issue with 27c4002 and a workaround available?

Hello 27C4002 tak try another if he tried another and it does not check that the adapter parts of the welding or the anchoring of where the chips will

thanks for the help. I'm already in contact with the mcumall support and will send one of my chips to them (was busy over christmas/new year) for further testing. I've tested in the meantime a 27c4096 which works flawless.

Received the testing chip. But did not find anything wrong. It programmed and verified on my GQ-4X and ADP-054 without any problem.

great news than! thank you very much for the testing. so it looks like my ADP-054 is broken than. funny part is that I was able to write 27c4096 :(

do you still have another M27C4002 for testing? I just want to know you still can produce the same problem. I want to know the exact problem when doing programming.
