am new to work with willem programmer.
how can I use these pins highlighted in red?
I can read and write?

5-over 20 pins on the board GQ-3X

Those 20 pins are address pins. When needed connect the A19,A20,A21 to your adapter.
5 pins are the PIC chip ICSP port.
See help file or user guide for more detailes.
