is it possible to program this chip SPANSION S29GL064N90TFI040 with the GQ-4x and which adapter do i need to do that?
what is the difference between 8bit and 16bit |

| Based on the information from EZoSat, it should work with this adapter. The adpter has same circuit as the adapter used in EZosat testing. I can give you a picture on how to add the A22 on this ADP-003 adapter for S29GL064N90TFI040. |

yes please about picture, i need to program/read AM29LV640ML

Tested on S29GL064N90TFI040 with a A22 connection. It can ID, read, write, verify, erase, blank check correctly.
Using this device line:
