1) do I need to add power to the programer from the board where I have the chip on (bread board)? Connecting the power to the VTG pin basically or does the power come from the USB port...
2) How do I send my ".c" code to the chip? What file extension should it be and how should it be sent to the chip via AVRSTUDIO4?
3) Do I have to program the flash or the eeprom?? I have no clue...
