my programmer worked the 1st time and now the USB is not recognized and will not load -- i cannot get it to work again?? i am running XP. When initially installed i used the newest downloaded program. it loaded the USB driver at that time and all was good. Now when i hook up USB cable , it is not recognized and will not work (unknown device) -- what procedure do i need to do to fix this issue?
i have tried to uninstall program and even went back to a restore point and tried to install again -- no success. :(

OK solved the problem, WIN XP -- i went back to my good restore -- inserted the CD (did not run anything on the CD) , plugged in Board USB cable (completly hooked up) and Walla, the USB driver loaded. i then set a new restore point with driver installed, rebooted computer leaving board plugged in, then downloaded the new updated program and installed. Then once installed, ran program and it worked. :)

bad news -- once i was done with my session, and came back later, i plug my programmer in and not recognized again - i looked at device manager and USB driver was gone. HELLLLLLPPPPPPP ?? very frustrating
