I have a programmer GQ3 and adapter 019 which is welded to the flash, have already checked all the soldering points, problems of poor contact, configuration. Funny thing is that sometimes he identifies the memory and even without changing anything, send me back to identify the error (not found in the library) does not read, write or erase what I'm missing? (the adapter is 019 which is welded on the memory card )

If the programmer can program other similar chips, then most likely the programmer works.
It may relate to the chip.
