Ran it again - same thing
Downloaded again
Ran it - got options Uninstall, Recover, Reinstall, Exit
=> initial download must have been corrupt
Chose Reinstall .... Access violation (different)
=! possibly due to inconsistent state of software due to the actions of the corrupt installer ... not totally unexpected
reboot ... rerun ... Now the installer did't think the software was installed
Installed ... reboot ... Deinstall [ to ensure clean environment ] reboot ... Install ... Run ... Works Fine.
