Hi all! I write to this forum in Spain. I have a problem with my recent GQ-4X Willem Programmer. The problem is as follows.:
The system was running the factory software, version 6.00, and it worked correctly.
These days I updated the latest software from www.download.mcumall.com page, and I downloaded the version 6.14C. Since then, I can not start the program, ie the program opens, but it is blocked. I uninstalled the program, I have reinstalled the software first, and then I connected the programmer, but does not install the USB drivers. Someone could help me with this problem. If your programmer works on Re6.00, then it should work on 6.14C. They are same on communication part.
You do not reinstall the driver.

paso a explicarle
1 desístala el programa de panel de controle
2 luego vas al c donde se instalo el programa y lo borra
3 una vez echo eso instala el nuevo soft y tiene que funcionar sin problema

Good afternoon friends Oswaldo and ZLM! A few days ago I did not connect, and I have now read the messages you sent me ... I've tried everything, uninstalling everything, installing the software on another computer ... in 'End of all ... and it will not. I contacted the technical service Mcumall, and they told me that I have to send the programmer, since it is under warranty. However, the explanation I have given them, surely have a problem with these programmers GQ-4X, because I have asked nothing more. Well kids, and I'll comment as the story goes.
