After installing last software I connect device and application initialize but than everything stoped.Program show all the time
PLEASE WAIT and that`s it.Also on the botom of window program show me
ready but not show Firmware rev.
I also try device on other 3 computer with new soft and also with an old soft from CD but the story is the same.Computer see device and also load driver without a problem.
What should I do?

It looks like the programmer USB chip stopped response to the computer.
Please contact MCUmall for warranty. All programmers come with warranty.
