Would like to print my display - Print is not highlighted and CTRL P does not work (using Windows 2000). GQ-4x programmer.

Use PreSc key instead. The CTRL is reserved by application.

both functions do not work on my PC for some reason - not only on the GQ but other screens as well - the printer does work - tests etc. not the key board switched out - still cannot print screen either option

The PreSc key does not send the screen to printer. After pressed PreSc key, the screen stored in the memory. You need to paste it into a photo editor, such as Windows Paint or WordPad of Windows, then you can print it out from there.
