hi friend i have the gq-4x, have the adp-054 adapter.
i try to read the 27c1024 plcc and all ok, i insert a new 27c1024, blank chek is ok,the eprom is empty. but i try to write this and give me this error.help me please. thank you.

hi the chip is only 1 write is not possible to eraser it....

pin contact to the adapter??

both chip to adapter pin contact and adapter to programmer pin contact.

It must pass the blnk check before write new data.

Try a eraseable EPROM and see if it write correctly. Then try OTP chip.

ok. the adapter contact are ok.blnk check are ok. i order eraseable chip(28f102) when cooming i try. thank you.
