Hello, Just purchased a GQ-4X programmer. I am a newbie. I am needing to copy a EEPROM. The generic # is ATMLH842. I can not find a datasheet for it. It is an 8 pin surface mount IC. It uses a 3.3V supply. I have tried choosing a couple different devices using a 3.3V supply but have not had any luck. Can anyone help me. Thanks much.

24C256 should be the right one.

Thanks, found the datasheet. It is the same as AT24C16. The 842 is actually the date code.
