Hello ,
GQ-4x
ver 5.17b
Trying to program sst39vf040 .
i Have two chips and cannot read them correctly. On verify first chip breaks at the first bytes , on second it breaks at 17%.
I tryed to erase them , to program something at the begin , but without success.
Can you help me ?
That i need to check ?

Check followings:
1. your adapter is correct.
2. your chips are good chip
3. check chip pin contacts.
4. try other good chip and make sure the programmer is good. |

Hello,
Today i checked the same adapter an chips on xeltek programmer.
Reading, erasing and writing was successuful.
Can you check and confirm , that sst39x series working on your device ?

Yes. sst39vf040 is supported the it should work.
Do you use any adapter?
Can you confirm the adapter is the good ne? |

yes . I`m using plcc32 to dip adapter (it's pin to pin).
at this moment i have three vf040 chips , and i`m getting errors on reading all this chips. Erasing did not working at all/
Some days ago i got xeltek programmer.
I used the same adapter and chips. All three chips was programed without problems.
I think , that the promlem is in GQ4.

| If you think the GQ-4X has problem, then you can contact support@mcumall.com, send the programmer with one of your chip for further testing. You will get a replacement if the problem confirmed. |
