HI i got a gq-x3 programmer

seller says this adapter works with the programmer
but i cant get it to work any help
says blank and can read the chip but fails to write

It should work. Make sure your have set the jumper correctly.

Need to confirm all pin contacts are good.

Also, need to know it is a good chip.
