Helo,
Owned an gq4x with jtag adapter,and want to know if are possible to write an AT91SAMtS256 mcu.If yes please explain how.Through software i didn't find that mcu.

do you have datasheet?
is it JTAG device?

check the datasheet, but it needs a JTAG ICE to propgram it. GQ-4X is unable to support it.
