Hi, my new programmer buyed on March 2013
stop working, i tried to reinstall soft y driver without success

this are the data i can give you

H/W Re: -(SW Re. 6.23)
USB Driver Re.2.0

tested on two PC, Good USB Cables are used, no fix till now

Hi, did you find a solution to this issue? Mine is doing the same but coming up with:

try to use latest software.

Reconnect the programmer before test it.

already done, the problem seems firmware one

it tries to reconnect but fail.

last try was with CD drivers, which work ok from the very first time
but this time not good

one thing i noticed is that serial is readed from programmer
but history is wrong,it tells about +5100 readed/writed and it is not true ,maybe some 200 or 300 will be more exact, is shows some kind of corrupted data
this value can be resetted?

i instaled it on a 4th PC with xp only

the programmer counter shows this details

this 5160 used time is not real,and it resides in the programmer...

Something wrong with the hardware. You said it still read the serial? what is it?

this is the serial readed,

and there is some advice to fix the hardware, this programmer
do not have many time, i buy it to have more device support
i have many others working flawless

The programmer need to be sent back for a service. Write to support@mcumall.com and ask for the RMA code for your return.
