i am having a Problem with one Mx25L1605AMC Chip. tried it with Slow Speed also.... but with no luck.this chip gets ID , Erase ok , Write ok But Blank Check & Verification always Fails and the written chip also not worked.

i tried with a Diff Chip Having Part no Mx25L1605D2 & this chip works fine do the verification in Blank Check and Code Verify mode.
can Somebody tells me that what is the prob with Mx25L1605AMC Chip ? |

| Speed. As long as it is verified after write, then it shoul be OK. |

Can you plz tell me that which Speed is the slowest one -1 , -2 , 0 , +1 , +2
As per numbering here i think -1 should be the slowest but when i choose -1 it shows speed=5 & When i Select +2 it tell Speed=1 , so according to the MSG Window +2 is the slowest one.i can't understand the Speed Numbering in your Software. Please Clarify.... |

In software UI, speed from slowest to fastest: -2 , -1 , 0 , +1 , +2
In devices.txt, speed from slowest to fastest: 1,2,3,4,5 |
