i have a gq3x and the correct adp-054 adapter.
trying to program 28f102 flash. i have programmed lots of these in the past without any issues but the last few times i have had problems.
now i have spent the better part of the day today trying to get this one chip to program and it always stops at 13%.

it could be:

1. chip problem.
2. pin contacting porblem.
3. USB cable changed?
