Hello, I want to know because I can not read a MX25L3206EM2 memory. I use the GQ-4X, and "GQ USB Universal Programmer" 6.15 software and W7 SO.
When I give the order to read the following message: "ID check failed (FFFF) check device type, orientation, contacts"
I accept and start reading.
In message me the following text appears:
ID check failed.("FFFFFF")
Please check device type, chip orientation and pin contact.
Some OEM chips may have compatible chip ID
Continue?
Yes
ID check skipped
Reading... Code
Elapsed time: 72.72 seconds.
Read completed.
And in code memory only see FF (I know I have data memory)
What can be the problem?
