Hello,

I bought a qg-4x. While doing verification of the chip(VCC ON). The USB cable loose and after that the program "USBPRG" no longer detects the GQ-4x, locking all the time. The qg-4x league, the green led lights. The windows 7 operating system detects. But the program crashes. What happened? How can I solve this problem. I'm from Brazil, I imported the product and do not know where it takes you. If the solution is easy I can try to solve

Ive got two 4x's. Both have problems. One burns one type of chips, but the other wont burn other types.

n3oth4nd3r， it seems you got a fake version. All fake version have problem on connection They do not understand how to make a copy.
