hi my programmer has installed but shows the red cross between the pc and programmer and it says not connected I am running windows 8.1 its says on here go to answer 6 which says go to more settings etc etc but their is no such menu on my pc its a new pc, also I cant get anyware with the vag immobilizer off file, no info come up at all. I purchased from cus of ebay and no one seems be be able to give indepth accurate info on how to get started and get the job done any help from someone whose actually done the job with positive results thanks
