I know that you have to put in an offset to get the info at the end of the chip, but where do you type it in at? I have the dual power kit and program. On my old programmer I would start the buffer at 000000 end ..the buffer at 000FFF and start the chip ...at 007000 end ..the chip ...at 007FFF Is this the same for the Willem Programmer? If so where do you enter it at? on the (Device) tab "size & checksum" and "shift& pattern adr" OR on the (TEST H/W) tab which has address out and data out??????? Is there a help index of info or a data sheet for these programmers? Any help would be GLADLY accepted
If you are writing into AT29C256, then you can not change the data offset in this software. That because AT29C256 writing is based on fixed size sector. One way you may want to try is using a binary editor to open the AT29C256 .bin file, then paste the data in to the .bin file where you wanted. Then use the programmer's software to open it and write to AT29C256.
