The programmer acts like it is working During Read but it is not filling buffer? I ordered a new programmer same issue. With all eproms (M2732a, AT29C256) I try to read. The buffer stays empty all FF's. Even when i do blank check it says chip is blank because it is not seeing the data? The chips are know filled and working GM ECU.
Let me know what i can try? i even tried different computers same result?

Thanks,
