Hi
i have error when i programm otp chip M27C1001 PLCC32:

ERROR! Address 0x000200 Buffer Data:0xE6 Vérify:0xE2

i have tried with 4 chips same message at 6,25%...
before writing i can read ID and read it.
Can you help me please
