Hello all, I’ve just purchased a GQ-4X4 to burn some TMS2532JL but they aren't getting written.

I'm only getting just over 23v on the VPP, but the datasheet for these chips says VPP should be 25v.

It goes through the write process but fails verifying.

I’ve added a 9v 2A external power supply and have also tried a powered USB hub.

I’ve run the power test, which says 25v is OK.

I've checked the devices.txt and it's set to 25v.

Bad chips can pull the voltage down. Where does the chips come from?
