Hi, I bought the GQ-4X and run software in my win-7 64 bit Dell laptop. Unfortunatelly device showed> Hardware error or not detected, ergo, windows not detected the hardware.
Any idea?. Programmer is defective?.

It could be the compatibility issue. Try on another computer to make sure the programmer is working.
