Posted - 06/08/2013 : 02:40:48 Hi, Trying to re-program AT29C020. Get good ID. Do an Erase, still get not blank. In Unlock /Lock did a All sector read and it tells me the Top Boot sector is protected. Do an All sector unprotect, but it remains protected. Wrote FF but top sector is protected so no change. The Single sector commands are greyed out. How can I unprotect the top boot sector? Peter C.
