I recently tried to write a 27C322 chip, but failed with the following error:

"Write failed, Address=0x003000, Buffer=0xFF Device=0xDF"

Sometimes, it already fails at address 0x000001 and progress never gets further than 0%.

When trying to read the EPROM, the progress bar stops at 100% for an indefinite amount of time.

I use the following settings with the ADP-054 adapter:

J1: jumper set to 2+3 (27C322)
J2: not used
J5: tried both settings, V3 and V4

When doing a blank check, it always fails, but I'm very sure that the chip is blank. After all I left it in the eraser for multiple hours.

I've tried with about 15 27C322 EPROMs, but all failed. With my old parallel port Willem programmer from sivava I never got that problem. It burned the chips just fine.

I'd like to be able to program 27C322 EPROMs with my GQ-4X. Your help is greatly appreciated.
