Hi all,

Sorry, I'm a Windows newb. I'm trying to run the GQ-4x4 software in a VMWare virtual machine on OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), since there's no native OS X software. The VM is a fresh install of Windows 10.

I've downloaded the USB Driver 3.0 zip file, but now what? I've gone into the Win8.1 > x64 directory, but there's no executable or setup file. How do I install the driver? I'm sure this is a basic Windows question, and I'm missing something obvious. ;-)

Thanks,

-Dave

I figured it out. You need to plug in the device. Nothing will happen, but you can then run Device Manager. It's tricky to find, though. You can get to it by searching for "device manager", or right clicking on the Start menu and choosing Device Manager:
