Trying to program some MBM27C1000 chips for the Korg Wavestation.

The Fujitsu MBM27C1000 chip differs from the generic 27C1000 chip (and Fujitsu MBM27C1001 chip) in that the OE and A16 pins are swapped (Pins 2 and 24).

Can someone point me to instructions on how to code in the appropriate info in the devices.txt file to define the proper pins for the non-standard MBM27C1000?

Probably easier said than done in the software and/or devices.txt.

Might be easier to make take a DIP32 socket, solder on pin headers and cross-jumper those 2 pins effectively swapping them.. which would be essentially making an adapter that would drop that chip into the GQ-4X ZIF.
