i just got it but i have big problems when trying om plcc32 for an example 28f010.somteimes it cant erase,or sometimes write failures every in program. out of 100 tries, 1 get ok..please help fast i am really in need of this..

Only PLCC32 chips give you trouble? Maybe your adaptor is defective? Pins are clean, solders are good and socket pins are undamaged and clean?
