The NAND flash is a different kind of flash chips. The GQ-4X hardware is not easy to handle that large chip.

Thank you for the information. I was hoping they could add support to the GQ-4X. I guess I have to buy a new programmer.

this chip has been supported on GQ-5X NAND programmer.
